The goal for the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is to build complexity around the bright red berry fruit. The oak profile chosen is a sweet-spice toasty oak that matches the earthy character of Cabernet Sauvignon. This results in a wine that has a rich mid-palate, and an elegant finish with polished tannins. Rich dark red. Raspberry, black currant, anise and vanilla spice. Soft entry, velvety midpalate, blackberry jam, red cherry and chai.
Blend: 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 5% Petite Verdot, 3% Petite Sirah, 3% Tannat
