This is 88% Cabernet, 6% Merlot and 6% Petite Sirah – and it’s stunningly good Cabernet for the money. In fact, we sold a Treasure Hunter Cabernet from this same vineyard (2010 Red Silk) that people still ask about today. And this one is better!
Indeed, I might go so far as to say it’s better than the current release of the winery from whence its grapes came. (It showed better side by side, at least to our taste.)
