The winery says:
This hearty and fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon opens brightly with notes of black currant and cedar, and finishes with soft blackberry. Balanced, velvety tannins make for a silky finish that combine with an earthy note in the wine. This wine is best enjoyed with a perfectly cooked ribeye straight off the grill, or lamb shanks cooked until the meat falls off the bone.
Which is a pretty accurate description – though I’m not sure it entirely conveys just how unusually serious, classy and essentially high-quality this is for both a $20 Cabernet and one from Paso Robles.
