Petite Sirah provides the anchoring bass notes of dark blue and black fruit, and Cabernet Sauvignon weaves these together with structural framing and elegant refinement.
The 2017 was a wonderful wine, but in this far superior vintage, this could be our all-time HG III favorite.
As a wine primarily aimed at restaurants, it’s also drinking beautifully already.
