2018 is the sort of vintage Chuck Wagner just can’t help hitting out of the park. The Napa Valley Vintners Association describes it as “a seamless vintage of heavenly hangtime and phenomenal phenolic concentration.”
But this may be overshadowed by the fact that Wagner chose this vintage to honor his parents, who with him founded Caymus in 1972.
I’ll just say this: Caymus lovers and Napa Cabernet collectors better buy this one now, or at least soon. I suspect you don’t want to pay the price for this one down the road!
