Nose: an intense aroma of tropical fruit is perceived as passion fruit and pineapple, with hints of freshly cut grass.
Mouth: The palate emphasize its fruit notes minerality and white. Citrus flavors marked hard mixed with white fruit and some sweet touches. It is soft and fresh, has a certain volume, is cheerful and the same sober, elegant. It has a very good balance and great persistence.
Food Pairing: perfect to match with fish stews powerful. Sea bass, scallop sashimi, sea bream, tuna tartare or salmon tataki.
