Sublime biodynamic Umbrian oil: they call this “green gold” – and it’s as vibrantly, richly green and fresh and deeply delicious as olive oil gets.
There’s even a bit of solid matter clinging to the sides of the bottle.
If you’re anything like me, you’ll be shocked at how quickly you’ll go through a bottle (or in my case nearly a dozen now!) of this.
One of my very favorite treats is to take a hunk of good bread, mash it down in a bowl of this and feast on it. This stuff deserves to be eaten as simply and as close to on its own as possible.
