97 from Suckling:
This is a new, prestige wine from the Rothschild family (Mouton) that shows complexity and strength yet at the same time polish and poise. It’s full-bodied, but very layered and refined with fine layers of tannins and a spearmint and menthol undertone to the currants and dark fruit. This needs three or four years to come together. Great debut. 76% cabernet sauvignon, 9% carmenere and equal measures of syrah, cabernet franc and petit verdot. Better after 2023 and onwards.
