This wine is made from overripe grapes and only those affected by noble rot (botrytis) are harvested. It is produced in very small quantities in the best years.
The intense nose is reminiscent of raisins and quince jam, accompanied by notes of apricots. The ample and generous palate presents jammy aromas of yellow fruits and figs, with smoky notes and a perfectly balanced finish.
