Superb Chardonnay. Such rich aroma and freshness but also full body. I tend to stay away from Chardonnays because so often they are just bland and acidy but this one broke that curse.
How can a wine be dry and fruity? How can a wine be refreshing and complex? I drank this wine at environ temp outside on a warm day and was STILL blown away. I want to drink more, but cold. It’s worth its weight in gold. Go for it.
Light yellow with green shades. On the nose: tropical fruits, citrus, floral notes. On the palate shows concentrated notes of peach and green apple with fresh acidity. It’s perfect as an aperitif and with seafood, fish and goat
