The Washington Post says:
The hot summer weather calls for good, cold rosé, and Paul Direder comes through with a tasty, affordable charmer from Austria.
Bright and juicy, refreshing and cheap — this is a great patio pounder rosé for late summer gatherings. Alcohol by volume: 12 percent.
Direder’s importer says:
Bright pink color. In the nose fresh and aromatic with gooseberry, raspberry, ripe pomegranate, wild berries. On the palate, fresh with aromas of strawberry, red currant, exotic fruit, lovely acidity and aromatic on the finish.
As of this year, Direder is also certified organic.
A remarkably delicious – rich and full but still minerally and fresh – very high-class rosé that’s also at a giveaway price.
