Now this Rosé really blew us away. While most rosé Champagnes now seem to be in the more delicate Billecart-Salmon style, this one is darker, fuller and richer: more like a Bollinger or Krug.

Pure and intense palate, elegant with an approaching complexity, vivid freshness, fine creaminess, layers of crisp red fruit and a long finish. Stylish and elegant.
