So here’s the lineup: 37 top Brunelli from the 2016 vintage, 37 from 2015 and six 2015 Riservas.
Who would imagine that not only would a 2015 normale dominate this lineup, but also one of the most reasonable wines in the tasting.
It’s very traditional of course: light in color, and with a purity and truly exquisite class only top Brunellos like this can achieve.
If you want to experience the most “noble” of Italian wines at its most noble – but don’t want to pay a king’s ransom for it, this is your chance.
I like what the only English speaking critic I could find for this, Michael Godel, says in his 93-point review:
