Las Alturas is typically the purest, least full (you can’t really say “lightest” here) and most aromatic of the Belle Glos Pinots. But in the super-concentrated 2016 vintage, it has an amplitude not previously seen here.
A total knockout…and again, probably the best Las Alturas yet.
