And it looks like savvy Napa Cab lovers have already availed themselves of the huge opportunity (and huge wine) here. I suspect we now have the last 13 cases left anywhere.

Of course, there’s no press, but the winery says:
With dark fruit characteristics and a bold tannin structure, this wine is a flawless reflection of the region that will age beautifully for the next 8-10 years.
And indeed, I’d say this powerful and concentrated Howell Mountain Cabernet could really use more time.
Plus it’s only 13.6% alcohol – highly unusual for a big mountain Cabernet of this structure and scale.
