In contrast to this producer's more savory, dark-fruited Les Muses bottling, the Ici highlights bright flavors of tart red cherry and plum spiced by shavings of cinnamon, cedar and camphor. A Grenache-dominant blend augmented by Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault, this full-bodied, crisply balanced wine is framed by taut, fine-grained tannins. Ready now, it should improve through 2027.
