This wine lives up to that motto.
Where so much of today’s Chablis has lost its typicity, becoming too ripe and soft, this one remains both firm and full flavored. It’s a true, even archetypal Chablis.
Which for us – and I’m sure many of you – is as precious and essential a wine type as there is.
