From the winery:
Every year, I vinify 3 different tanks : one of "full bodied wine" made of white grenache and roussane, one of "freshness" made with white picpoul (flavor of grapefruit) and white clairette ( flavor of honeysukkle) and one for the balance made of bourboulenc and picardan. In December, I taste the three tanks and blend them for making e a wine at the same time powerful with elegant aromas.
60% Grenache Blanc, 10% Picupoul Blanc, 10% Picardan, 5% Roussanne, 10% Bourboulenc, 5% Clairette
