Wine Advocate 93:
The 2019 Barossa Valley Shiraz is savory, complex and fresh. The fruit is from 30+-year-old vineyards (young). Excellent value. This has purity and density of fruit, but it has savory spice and characters, too.
Also 93 from Australia’s Wine Front:
Smooth, velvety, palate-staining. Lovely feel. All rich and ripe but so well balanced, licks of sweet, powdery spice, lots of ripe, sweet berry fruits, a bit of raisin and coffee in there too. Quite a savoury finish, let’s say nutty. Well balanced in all its elements.
