There is a plentitude of classic Chablis elements present on the green fruit and lemon rind-suffused nose that is trimmed in moderate wood influence. The succulent, round and admirably concentrated larger-scaled flavors possess plenty of sappy dry extract that confers a seductive texture to the mid-palate that contrasts somewhat with the powerful, impressively long and youthfully austere finale. This imposing effort will definitely need at least a few years to develop more depth, but it should be worth the wait.
