This incredibly rare treasure is normally reserved solely for top French restaurants. It’s actually composed entirely of grand cru fruit, mainly from La Tache. It actually rates higher than the Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux on CellarTracker.
Which makes sense, as it’s from the lowest DRC yields of the vintage BY FAR. (A mere 19 hl/ha vs 29 for Romanee-Conti and 30 for La Tache.)
This one is about as Blue Chip as they come!
