A very rare white from Canon-Fronsac, and sold out at the Grateful Palate.
I like how the California distributor describes this:
Drama, electricity, nerve, acidic, racy, excitement, alive. Choose your descriptor. This is a drop dead gorgeous bottle of white wine. It evokes classic Sauvignon Blanc and also is clearly a Bordeaux Blanc with breed and class way beyond its price point. Bright color that seems to sparkle like a neon light. Lifted perfume of honeysuckle, ripe melon, meyer lemon, passionfruit with just a hint of cream and vanilla. Lovely tension on the palate between plush palate and racy acidity. Grip, length, and overwhelming pleasure.
Like the red, this could easily pass for a white Graves three or more times its price.
