There are no US listings for this brilliant 2021 vintage – but it sells in the UK for over $25. And though it cost us a bit more than 2020 did, we’re working really tight on this initial offer. Because EVERYONE should try this white Burgundy bargain/beauty.
Compared to the 2020, it’s a brighter, more energetic and intense vintage, but still a very rich and Meursault-like style of Macon. Very much a complete Chardonnay.
This was the vintage that Perraud converted fully to organic viticulture – and the results push this 2021 beyond even the superb 2020, and really beyond most of the more expensive Pouilly-Fuissés.
