From the producer:
Field Theory highlights curious varietals from unfamiliar places, like this Albariño from Lodi. Far from its homeland of Spain, this rare-to-California grape is crisp, but also has great texture, with notes of stone fruit and citrus. On the palate, it feels like a cross between a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc and a creamy Chardonnay, but its bright, aromatic flavors make it unique from any other white.
