Perraud says:

The wine’s herbal and wildflower aromas remind of Puligny-Montrachet, while flavors of honeyed pear butter mix with candied citrus and Asian pears. One of the better values in white Burgundy you can find. Aromas of fresh herbs, ripe lemons, crushed stones, lime zest. Ripe and balanced; thirst-quenching.

And the European press agrees. Here the French VertdeVin:

The nose is aromatic and offers aromatic power, a fine grain as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of quince, fresh mirabelle plum and small notes of zest associated with small touches of white fruit as well as a discreet hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-built, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a good structure, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of juicy / acidulous mirabelle plum associated with slight touches of white fruits, white flowers / honeysuckle and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. Good length.

And Gilbert & Gaillard:

Beautiful bright pale yellow with brilliant highlights. Nose of flowers and white fruits with touches of cut hay. Rounded, satisfying, balanced palate combining a mineral edge and tangy freshness. Serve with an assortment of goat's cheeses.

And Decanter:

Ripe peach and apricot with a vanilla spice character; rich and luxuriant with a mouthwatering acidity.

For a white Burgundy that can compare favorably to a Puligny-Montrachet (which as you know is a wine that starts at around $90) to sell for only $16.99 is pretty remarkable.

Which I guess is why it sold out at $25 elsewhere!
