I make this wine because I love drinking fresh, briny white wines. Most of my professional decisions have never had anything to do with what makes sense for business, rather they are a result of what makes sense to me personally and the aromas and flavors I like to be around and consume. Developing a white wine project in Nîmes was never a goal of mine from a professional perspective, but when I had the opportunity to taste the things that were coming out of this beautiful region made by neighbors and farmers who knew what they were doing, I jumped at the chance and Maz Caz Blanc came to be.
