This is our first go at bottling a Chenin Blanc and it’s a vibrant, lip-smacking one at that, Fruit driven and juicy with refreshing aromas of guava, pineapple and winter melon. The palate sings with flavours of citrus, white pear, quince and lingering yellow peaches.
The fruit for our 2022 Chenin Blanc was sourced from unirrigated old bush vines growing in the Simonsberg-Paarl region of the Western Cape of South Africa. Each site contributes a different flavour profile to the final blend as it grows on diverse soil types and slopes. Each vineyard is handled separately to capture its unique personality.
