If you don’t think Pinot Grigio can be a “serious” wine, you owe it to yourself to try this one. It’s from old, incredibly steep vineyards in the Brda growing region (which, because they didn’t have to buy a vowel, is cheaper than the Alto Adige).
Hand-picked, fermented and aged in stainless steel…just a perfect example of fresh and tasty yet also surprisingly complex dry white wine.
As the winery says, this is for those who expect something more – even from an everyday wine.
