The 2024 Acolytes Pinot Noir pours a dark crimson core with a vivid ruby rim that opens with aromatic notes of black cherry, raspberry bramble , wild strawberry, bay leaf and potting soil. Energetic from entry, the palate is rife with red and blue fruits framed by an elegant structure of soft tannin. Bright acidity throughout , hints of amaro and pomegranate bow the wine out to a close.
