Unlike the Vermentino, this very limited production is quite hard to find. Indeed, there are no US listings on Wine-Searcher for it.
The winery says:
Aragosta Rosé Brut is a rosé sparkling wine produced using the Charmat Method, an elegant and contemporary interpretation of the historic Aragosta line, the symbol of Cantina Santa Maria La Palma for over sixty years.
In the glass it presents a delicate pale rosé hue. On the nose it releases fragrant aromas of small forest berries, while on the palate it stands out for freshness, balance and a fine perlage.
It is the ideal choice for aperitifs and for stylishly accompanying the start of the meal, delivering a lively and harmonious sip.
Here are few of its Vivino reviews:
Fantastic! Dry, taste of strawberry balanced with grapefruit and minerals. The bubbles make the wine even more perfect. A luxury for every moment in life.
Beautiful colour and the very light yeast a wild strawberry and cherry beautifully balanced.
I don't normally like Rose but I love this. Light, refreshing, strawberry and floral notes.
I can’t think of a single Prosecco Rosé – or almost any Prosecco period – that’s as delicious, classy and rewarding as this.
