The base for this rosé is pinot noir with meunier added as red wine. Perhaps it’s the meunier that give this a delicate fragrance, making the wine seem prettier, more aerial than Dosnon’s other cuvées. The flavors are so pure and lively it feels
like eating fresh fruit, the mousse fine enough that it would easily meld with sushi.

A fresh and expressive rosé Champagne, offering a lively range of candied pink
grapefruit peel, blood orange, pickled ginger and biscuit flavors set on a fine, chalky mousse. Offers a long, minerally finish.
This one is more in the delicate Billecart-Salmon style, but again, scores even higher and at a much lower price.
