Wine advocate 91:

Drappier's new NV Brut Carte d'Or delivers attractive aromas of golden orchard fruit, stone fruit, honeycomb and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's charming and elegantly vinous, with a flavorful core of fruit, lively acids and a chalky finish.

And 91 from Burghound (extremely high for him):

Pretty notes of toasted bread, yeast, orange peel and white peach introduce rich, full-bodied and borderline creamy flavors that are shaped by a relatively soft effervescence before terminating in an agreeably dry, clean and focused finale. This is drier than the 7 g/l would usually suggest but I underscore that it stops short of austerity. Lovely stuff fashioned in a "drink me now" style.

And from (also extremely serious) John Gilman:

The Carte d’Or bottling of Brut non-vintage from Drappier is a blend of seventy-five percent pinot noir, fifteen percent chardonnay and ten percent pinot meunier. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation, with five percent of the blend raised in Burgundy barrels and is finished with a dosage of 7.5 grams per liter. The current release is really quite lovely on the nose, wafting from the glass in a blend of white peach, patissière, a touch of almond, beautiful Aube flinty limestone and fresh-baked bread. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and zesty, with a very good core of fruit, fine mineral drive pinpoint bubbles, still fairly youthful acidity and very good length and grip on the youthfully complex finish.

93 from Tom Cannavan:

It has a pale lemony colour and plenty of small bubbles. Aromas are of flowers and elegant, light, lemony fruit, with a gentle background yeastiness. In the mouth this has real élan, with racy and crisp apple and sweet ripe pear, a lovely flourish of acidity cleansing and playing against those hints of toffee and brioche. Delicious, long and another favourite.
