A blend of all three grapes, aged partly in oak for 11 months on its lees before going into bottle for three full years on the yeasts. With a very high proportion of reserve wines.
The only one to receive any dosage at all, but only 2g/l.
Like all of these, this would compete (and very favourably, I would add) with Cedric Bouchard, Ulysse Collin or ANY of the new breed of cult Champagnes…but at just a ridiculously low price for what’s in the bottle. It really is that extraordinary.
In fact, we’ve had most of those pricey cult Champagnes…and I’m not so sure I don’t like these even better!
