A superb example of this new Prosecco category – vintage dated and maybe even more delicious.
Very hard to find, and no reviews on Vivino or anywhere. The winery says:
Wine with a soft pink color, bright. From the perlage lively and persistent foam, has aromas of good intensity with floral scents of white and red flowers accompanied by fruity like apple, pear and hints and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious.
It’s 95% Glera (the Prosecco grape), with 5% Pinot Noir.
What a lovely, tasty Rosé sparkler!
