A rare Rose Champagne that’s defined very much by its 85% Chardonnay. But the 15% Pinot Noir, from very old vines, gives it a bit of oomph, too.
This won a Gold Medal and “Outstanding” designation in the International Wine and Spirits Competition. The judges said:
"Very pale coral with bronze reflections. Very fine, pin point and lively bubbles. Firm and well developed crown. Brioche and red berry notes create exquisite balance and lovely structure. Fully satisfying. Sheer grace."
