From old, very low-yielding “bush vines,” on the best slopes on Mount Helderberg, this is the slightly lighter, less oaky version of the Vinum Chenin Parker loved so much. This winery is the champion of South Africa’s old-vine Chenin Blancs, and this is an especially fresh and impressive example.
