Julien and Clemente Raimbault are rising stars in Sancerre, the third generation to oversee this tiny jewel of a domain. Unlike most in Sancerre, Clemente not only worked abroad in New Zealand; he also worked with Trapet in Gevrey-Chambertin to hone his craft.
Organic farmer, extremely perfectionist winemaking and a stellar vineyard all combine here to produce Sancerre at its finest.
