Aromas of lightly buttered toast and fresh-picked citrus are complemented on the round, richly detailed palate by notes of baked apple pastry, caramelized pear and grilled pineapples. Crisp, ripe notes of mandarin and Meyer lemon add beautiful contrast and balance, with subtle suggestions of minerality and slate on the finish adding texture and depth.
