Frico is a Friulan dish of cheese and potatoes, so I’m not sure why there’s a pig on the label.
A perfect example of this northeast Italian grape, a cousin of Sauvignon Blanc (though less aggressive) also known as Sauvignonasse. This packs an awful lot of flavor on its lithe, fresh frame.
