The 2020 Rosato is made from Primitivo grapes sourced from Amador county in the foothills of California. The color is a lovely, soft rose petal pink. The aromatics are so fresh and pure, reminding me of spring strawberries, roses and honeysuckle. Across the palate, flavors mirror the aromas in a bright, flavorful and balanced profile. Lively acidity, enticing flavors and a food-friendly weight all combine to create a Rosé that is complete and satisfying to the palate.
