From 25- and 40-year-old vines planted on clay limestone, marl, and sand
soils with flint quartz. Fermentation in 50% oak cask and 50% large barrel.
Aged 9 months in oak cask (5% new) with full malolactic fermentation. A
fruity and fresh nose speaks primarily of pear and apricot. Good mid-palate
presence, with delicious and citrus-inflected flavors that culminate in a clean and dry finish.
