Pinot Gris often tend towards aromatics over elegance, our 2022 vintage straddles the line between both. It has rich apple and Bartlett pear aromas. Layers of white fruit and flinty minerality style the palette. Lime and tonic on the finish makes for a complex wine that is also easy to drink.
