DAMOCLÈS was born from a desire to isolate a particular terroir, in this case the Côte de l'épée in the village of Amigny. This terroir is one of the so-called emblematic places of the Sancerre appellation.
DAMOCLÈS is a wine with a particular tension and a chiseled and crystalline mouthfeel.
