The Burgundy Report (an excellent and very serious Swiss publication) says:
This wine is very perfumed and pure with real depth, yet showing a lovely minerality and elegance, finishing with great length and very fine tannins.
A broader higher-toned width of aroma, slowly adding floral notes. More structural, indeed architectural, in shape – the most beautiful intense crystalline finishing fruit. Great wine!
A truly sublime example of one of Marsannay’s two or three top vineyards. (“Grasses Tetes” lies just beside “Clos de Jeu” – our other favorite Marsannay vineyard.)
