This bottle is an absolute steal! Perfect for a hot summer day on the boat. It is DRY and crisp. Not sure I've ever had a bottle, at this point point, deliver at such a high level. Buy it buy the case.
Extremely pale straw color. Bubble are very fine. Nose is green apple forward with subtle apple blossom, melon and citrus. Dry, light body, medium minus acidity. Palate is apple and melon forward with a medium grapefruit and minerals finish. Super subtle and delightful. Absolutely a must try.
