The 2017 Dream Deferred is absolutely gorgeous. The wine shows beautiful balance of moderately ripe fruit, vibrant acidity, and rich lees texture. Aromas of pear, tangerine peel, allspice, vanilla, brioche, and hazelnuts. The palate has well delineated notes of pear, apple, lemon curd, tangerine peel, honeycomb, and brioche. High intensity of fruit in the mid-palate. Minerality and spice notes linger on the long finish.
