93 points from Washington’s leading critic, Owen Bargreen:

The 2017 Rasa Vineyards ‘The Strong Law’ is an outstanding blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (DuBrull, Kiona, Dionysus and XL VIneyards) and Merlot (Firethorn, DuBrul and Bacchus Vneyards). The wine begins with aromas of Asian spices, blackberry pie, and shades of licorice that all mingle nicely on the nose. The freshness of the wine is really fantastic as the sterling tension entices. Bright red fruits mingle with shades of Earl Grey tea, sagebrush and black currant flavors. Highly gratifying in its youth, and texturally elegant, this outstanding red blend will evolve well for a decade or more. Drink 2019-2032

Best ever for Vinous, too:

Bright, dark red. Brooding aromas of black cherry, licorice, menthol, minerals and dark chocolate. Densely packed, fine-grained and subtly sweet, conveying an element of medicinal reserve to its flavors of redcurrant, mocha and spices. This seriously concentrated blend shows little in the way of easy sweetness but the Merlot component plumps up the middle palate without detracting from the wine's structure. Finishes firm and long, with substantial dusty tannins and an element of saline minerality.

Great CellarTracker reviews, too.

This easily competes with Washington Cabernet blends three or more times its price.
