Vinous actually rates this one, 100% old-vine Merlot, equal to the Guitard, saying:
The 2020 Au Champ de la Fenetre is just as impressive as it was from barrel. A blast of dark cherry, plum, mocha, licorice and dried herbs infuses the palate with layers of richness and nuance. Clean mineral notes extend the mid-palate into the long finish effortlessly.
Decanter rates it even higher:
Floral tones with pomegranate - so welcoming with a juicy mix of black, red and blue bramble fruit elements. Intense aromatics. Bright, juicy and alive, this has lovely energy. It’s not weighty or particularly plush or fleshy, but fine, grippy and softly chalky. Powdery tannins yet supportive at the same time - the texture of whole bunch rather than the wood, like eating grape skins. Good precision and detail to the fruit - finessed and restrained, clean and clear. A delicious wine.
And Liu rates it 95:
As its sister cuvee, whole bunch has been introduced as well. Other than the mineral expression of the Guitard, the wine is focusing on the fruit core. The palate feel is rich and thick with great density. A fruity wine with complexity!
