Whole cluster pressed, stainless steel fermented and aged, indigenous primary & secondary fermentation. Pale straw in color. Rich, floral nose of gardenia and citrus peel. Background notes of paper whites, liquid minerals and pine. Bright, mouthcoating flavors of green apple & pear. Finishes long with citrus peel, melon and a touch of salinity.
