We tried this last week and it just blew us away. Even by Txakolina standards, this is both incredibly fresh and incredibly flavourful.
The best way I can think of to describe this is yummy! It is both full of wonderful fruit and also zesty acidity which leads to a fabulously balanced wine. I can imagine pairing this with some fabulous seafood pasta dish or even just cheese and crackers (Spanish cheese of course) before dinner. If you love Spanish tapas as much as I do, this is the wine to sip with them.
